Crosstown Rehab Located at Crosstown Family Health Team
There is limited street parking outside of the clinic but if you can't find a spot, you can park on the side streets. Note that we are located inside Crosstown Family Health Team on the second floor. An elevator is available for those who require it. When you arrive for your appointment, please check in with the front desk.
